At Mettle Care, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Exceptions:

If your product is defective or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will evaluate your claim and provide a replacement or refund if applicable.
